Chris has interned with Russell Planning and Engineering since 2008, while attending college as a full time student. Chris is a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship Award and inductee of the National Honorary Physics Society, Sigma Pi Sigma. He has always worked and expressed interest in the Civil Engineering field with a passion for design and modern age technologies and development. Chris has joined our firm as a full time design engineer working in project design, development and construction management.
