Drew has 16 years of civil engineering experience in roadway, utility, structural, and foundation designs in difficult mountain terrain. Prior to his employment with Russell Planning and Engineering, he has over 9 years of experience designing interstate highway bridges and ski lift superstructures. Drew has served as one of our most experienced field engineers performing quality assurance and complete construction administration services for our federal clients. Drew currently holds professional engineering licenses in both Colorado and Utah.
