Kelly’s work involves water systems, individual sewage disposal systems, geotechnical experience, sidewalk design, and stormwater permitting. She designs roads, drainage, and utility plans for both residential and commercial developments. She specializes in wastewater treatment system and water distribution system designs. She also has experience in bridge permitting using the HEC-RAS software to model the 100yr flood plain of rivers.
