Nancy has worked in public and private sector planning in the western United States for the last 25+ years. Prior to her employment with Russell Engineering, she has over 11 years of experience managing current planning divisions for both La Plata and Summit Counties in Colorado and spent 5 years as the Community Development Director for La Plata County. She has recently authored a course for the Planning Institute of Colorado on the development review process in Colorado. Her work experience includes comprehensive planning, development agreements, annexations, and all facets of the entitlement process.
