Stephen’s 10-years of experience have provided him with a broad range of expertise in transportation, general civil, and land development engineering. He is one of our project managers specializing in traffic studies, access permitting and improvements, site grading, drainage design, and utility design for residential, commercial, and public projects. His experience also includes hydraulic sizing of bridges and culverts, feasibility studies, and stormwater management plans. His expertise in highway design and great attention to detail, has lead him to become our liaison with CDOT for most of our state highway projects.
