Bill “Frowny” Frownfelter joins the firm as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s growing number of projects and is a licensed engineer in the state of Colorado. He is a veteran engineer with over 25 years experience whose career was largely based in Telluride, where he served as the Public Works Director/Town Engineer from 1986-2002. Early in his career, he also worked as a private consultant in Steamboat Springs, CO. He has extensive experience in general civil engineering design including water, sewer, roads, site drainage, and floodplain management. He is also proficient with grant acquisition, management, and project close-out.
