Client: Pagosa Partners I, Inc.
Project Description: A 75-acre mixed-use development consisting of grocery, retail, church, and residential. Worked with Design Workshop to develop the overall master plan to include mixed-use neighborhood, trails, and open space. Design included road, water, sewer, and drainage improvements. Also included preparation of Master Drainage Study and Master Traffic Study which required working closely with CDOT to design and provide construction inspection services for the three intersections, with acel/decel lanes improvements.
