Project Description: The Crossroads facility is a 13,000 square foot building housing three separate programs: The Assessment Center for the Durango Emergency Services Team, the Acute Treatment Unit for residential patients, and the Detox Center for 24 hour patient care in close proximity to Mercy Regional Medical Center. Provided survey coordination, grading design with earthwork volume balancing calculations, drainage design and report for City approvals, stormwater quality treatment design, stormwater management plan for City approvals, landscape design for City approval, utility and infrastructure design, access and parking design for fire department and ambulance access, construction consultation.
