Project Description: Concept plans, feasibility studies, and infrastructure design for multi-family projects fronting the Animas River. Work involved Riverview Corridor analysis, bicycle trail design, and subdivision design. Also a 2.70 acre 22 multi-family unit town home development that has been completed and is located in Durango, Colorado. Project involved coordination of site development and construction management.
