Client: Trimble Crossing Development, LLC
Project Description: Civil engineering design for 50,000 square feet commercial and 65 unit residential town home development for a 20-acre site. Project involved piping of Trimble Hot Springs effluent through the property utilizing an inverted syphon, as well as design of three ponds which double as detention ponds and irrigation water storage. Also, agent work for governmental agency approval and permitting. General consulting regarding the Colorado Dept. of Highways permitting process and preparation of a plan depicting the CDOT prepared accel/decel lane and entrance configuration as it relates to the site plan.
