RPE was responsible for the Civil engineering design for a 50,000 square foot commercial and 65 unit residential town- home development sitting on  a 20-acre site. Work included piping of Trimble Hot Springs effluent through the property, utilizing an inverted siphon  as well as design of three ponds which double as detention ponds and irrigation water storage. RPE also handled all  governmental agency permitting, approval and general consulting regarding the Colorado Dept. of Highways permitting process.
