Project Description:
Owners of the property wished to secure development rights for 547 acres of land adjacent to Reservoir Hill (public recreation area), south of Pagosa Springs, CO.  The project consisted of a conceptual density plan and road feasibility evaluation. The plan for mixed-use, single family and multi-family development is currently being considered by Archuleta County, CO.
