Durango Mountain Resort – Boyce Lake Village Conceptual Development Plan

RPE  prepared the Conceptual Master Plans  for the roads, parking, sewer, and water lines needed to expand  Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory), located just north of Durango, CO . Work involved close coordination with the owner regarding overall site layout, preparation of construction cost estimates, and meeting with the affected agencies and County planning staff.  RPE  involved environmental consultants to protect environmentally sensitive areas.  The project consisted of 143 residential units.
