Durango Mountain Resort – Boyce Lake Village Conceptual Development Plan

Client: Durango Mountain Resort

Project Description: Prepared Conceptual Master Plan including refinement of a Drainage Master Plan as well as master plans for roads, parking, sewer, and water for major expansion of Durango Mountain (Purgatory) Resort. Work involved close coordination with the owner regarding overall site layout, including preparation of construction cost estimates, and meeting with the affected agencies and County planning staff.  Work included meeting with environmental consultants to protect environmentally sensitive areas.  Project consists of 143 residential units. Conceptual Plan was approved by the County and the individual area plans are currently being developed.
